About Laurie Cunningham

I’ve taught more than 1,500 business professionals to write more clearly and concisely, helped organizations triple their newsletter readership, and created compelling content for professional services firms, businesses, and non-profits of all sizes.

My work includes helping lawyers turn routine legal updates into content clients will actually read, teaching consultants how to simplify complex ideas, and helping school leaders explain new initiatives in parent-friendly language.

How did I learn to do this?

First, I worked as a newspaper reporter, where I learned how to spot a good story and write fast.

Next, I became a magazine editor, where I learned how to package those stories in ways readers can’t resist.

Later, I joined a global law firm, where I wrote thought leadership articles, set new writing standards, and led writing workshops for lawyers and professional staff.

Today, I bring those lessons into my workshops and newsletter development, helping professionals untangle their ideas and communicate them with clarity and confidence.
